We are an award-winning medical aesthetics practice recognised for high clinical standards, refined results, and exceptional client care. As part of our next phase of growth, we are expanding into wellness-led, non-invasive skin therapies alongside our established medical aesthetics offering.
One of our treatment rooms is being stylishly developed into a dedicated wellness and skin therapy space — a calm, premium environment focused on facials, massage, and restorative treatments. This role will play a key part in shaping, delivering, and growing this new area of the clinic.

The Role
This is a fully clinic-based position combining front of house responsibilities, independent delivery of basic skin therapies, back-of-house clinic support, and full responsibility for managing the clinic's Instagram and TikTok presence.
The role is ideal for a newly qualified college leaver or graduate who is confident carrying out core skin treatments and wants to build long-term skills within a premium medical aesthetics and wellness setting.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House & Client Experience
- Welcoming clients and delivering a warm, professional first impression
- Managing bookings, enquiries, and client records
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic
- Handling payments and basic administrative tasks
- Maintaining a calm, clean, and polished clinic environment
Skin Therapy & Wellness Treatments
Independently carrying out basic skin therapies which could include:

- Facials, skin treatments and related therapies
- Massage
- Relaxation and wellness-focused treatments
- Preparing, maintaining, and presenting the wellness treatment room to a high standard
- Delivering an exceptional client experience aligned with the clinic's brand and values
- Supporting the development and growth of the clinic's wellness offering
- Working in line with strict hygiene, safety, and professional standards
- Supporting non-invasive aesthetic treatments under supervision when required
Applicants must be confident delivering core skin treatments independently.
Back of House: Stock, Ordering & Clinic Support
Monitoring and maintaining stock levels of:
- Treatment products
- Consumables and sundries
- Clinic supplies and retail items
- Assisting with ordering and restocking in line with clinic procedures
- Checking deliveries and ensuring correct storage of products
- Supporting safe handling, organisation, and basic tracking of medications and medical consumables in accordance with clinic protocols
- Ensuring treatment rooms are fully stocked, prepared, and compliant at all times
- Flagging low stock, discrepancies, or issues promptly to management
Social Media – Instagram & TikTok (Essential)
- Day-to-day management of the clinic's Instagram and TikTok accounts
- Creating and posting engaging reels, stories, and short-form video content
- Capturing in-clinic content, wellness treatments, behind-the-scenes moments, and educational posts (with consent)
- Maintaining a consistent, premium, on-brand look and tone
- Engaging with comments and messages professionally and appropriately
- Helping grow local awareness of the clinic and its new wellness offering
